Professor Gulnoz Khallieva is Professor at the Uzbek State University of World Languages, and Head of the Department of World Literature.
She is the author of books on comparative studies in four languages, English, Turkish, Russian and Uzbek, and also a specialist on manuscripts in ancient Turkic – Chagatai language.
Professor Khallieva is an Academic Visitor to the Centre for Comparative Literature and to other London and UK institutions from 13 to 27 October 2024.
During her visit, Professor Khallieva will give a seminar at the London Intercollegiate Network for Comparative Studies (LINKS), on Methodologies in Comparative Literature: Printed and Electronic Resources, a Model from Uzbek Comparatists.
