Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties during online sessions or are struggling to use the platforms, please contact your tutor and the Design Office. We will do our best to troubleshoot the issue as quickly as possible.

If you experience problems with your Goldsmiths account, you will need to contact the IT Service Desk via servicedesk@gold.ac.uk or through their Live Chat on Goldsmiths’ website.

Please note that their opening hours are now Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. There is no longer support for the weekends.
