As part of its ‘Lessons earned’ set of manifestos for research, the Newton Fund has designed a poster for Vikki Bell’s 8 points to share with researchers embarking on their research projects. More like a set of tips, the Newton fund wished its researchers to share their experience of research projects in a succinct and eye catching way! From ‘Be a Sponge’ to allowing interruptions, Vikki shares some of her reflections for researchers new and experienced alike. The Newton prize, awarded to Bernasconi and Bell, supported the work that produced the publication (see publications page) ‘Orientaciones y recomendaciones para el registro y documentaciones de desapariciones forzadas’ (2020) Santiago, Chile: Universidad de Alberto Hurtado.
