‘Stop Talking’, Hand Dyed Cotton Calico, Clay and Gems, 70cm x eternity

Artist Statement: 

This piece explores the idea of having a ‘ frog in your throat’ during a large group or experiential. When you want to tell others or yourself to stop talking, and the dance between yourself and your relational objects. I didn’t want the flag to end , so I made a clay trough for it to fall into. And I gave it jewels , because why not. 🙂
