Stress hormones strengthen one’s muscles. By experiencing the decompression ball, data on muscle changes are generated to simulate a process of releasing negative emotions, and ultimately audio-visualising the emotions. People should correctly recognise the diversity of emotions that they see in themselves to achieve self-healing.
