Professor Nelarine Cornelius
Professor Nelarine Cornelius PhD, MBA, FCIPD, FRSA, AFBPsS, CPsychol, FBAM, FCIM, PFHEA, FAcSS is Professor of Organisation Studies at Queen Mary, University of London where she is also Associate Dean, Academic Staff Development.
She is a member of the Centre for Research in Equality and Diversity (CRED); Co-Vice Chair (Research and Publications) of the British Academy of Management and Vice President (Membership and Professional Development) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
She is a member of the Paris Research in Norms, Management and Law.
Professor Cornelius works in the areas of international management, social justice, business in society, management and business history and the evolution of management practices in emerging, fragile economies, in particular in South Asia and Africa.
She says that her research enables her to have a ‘root and branch’ understanding of work, community and society and pragmatically, how policies and practice can be evaluated and developed to address social inequality and social injustice.
She believes that fairness in management enables everyone to develop their full potential.
