Professor Uduak Archibong
Professor Uduak Archibong MBE, PhD is Professor of Diversity at the University of Bradford, where she is the Director of the Centre for Inclusion and Diversity and strategic adviser for equality, diversity and inclusion. Her first degree in nursing was from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and she made her home in the UK after completing her PhD in 1995.
Professor Archibong has more than 25 years’ experience in senior roles providing local, national and international strategic leadership in higher education and healthcare practice, research, teaching and professional development, with a particular focus on workforce diversity and equality in service delivery.
She is leading the development and promotion of a movement to forge community unity against dementia in Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the West African College of Nursing, a Fellow of the Royal College of Nursing and an Ecumenical Canon at Bradford Cathedral
