Biography

Rebecca Charlton is a Reader in Psychology at Goldsmiths University of London. Her research explores cognitive, psychosocial, health and brain changes in later-life. She is particularly interested in the how physical health (including sleep) effects cognitive abilities and mood among older adults. Dr Charlton also conducts research in pathologies such as dementia, typical ageing, and how ageing may be similar or different for autistic adults.
