Business World Self Service and Desktop unavailable (Friday, 26th March)

Business World Self Service and Desktop will be unavailable Friday, 26th March, 07:30 to Friday, 26th March, 08:30.
This planned downtime is to allow for a fix to be applied on the servers.

Change to the way you will access Columbus (Student Record System)

A change will be made to UNIT-e, Columbus (Student Records System) on Monday 15th February 07:00.

After this change has been made staff will have to use Pulse Secure (VPN) to access Columbus. Guidance on how to connect to the Pulse Secure VPN service can be found on Goldmine under the IT Professional services page. The instructions will be found under the section “Accessing your files”, which is a subsection of the “Working Off-Campus” page.

This change needs to be made for security reasons.

Please make yourself familiar with the above guidance before the change is made to ensure you have no loss in accessibility to Columbus.
