Inspired by the vision of the writer, poet and gender and race activist Audre Lorde, Your Silence Will Not Protect You is about our young generations not only being heard, but listened to. This show will feature original new spoken word, song and rap created over the past few weeks at Goldsmiths Alchemy, a collective of 13-18 year old artists from Lewisham who meet weekly to develop their professional and creative music skills.
The event is open to all ages and there will be refreshments provided.
