The Incredible Painting of Felix Closseau
The Incredible Painting of Felix Closseau is a story written and illustrated by Jon Agee. This tale focuses on an unknown artist coming to Paris’ Grand Contest of Art and changing the art world forever. Through the ups and downs of this book, Felix’s art skill has always been at the centre of the drama. The main problem is that his paintings are a bit too life-like, so for anyone who is reading this, be careful what you paint or draw in future…
White Knuckle Road
White Knuckle Road is an eight-page wordless narrative. Done in a comic-book style, this short story focuses on Olivia’s childhood memory of a holiday to Italy. With her parents and cousins, this vacation was meant to be one of tranquillity, but instead will be remembered as the White Knuckle trip for years after. Through the twists and turns of Italian mountains and vineyards, this story shares the importance of transport during your getaways, and how if you get this wrong, it could be a fatal error.
