2020 GFF Edition — Nonna’s Natale

Synopsis

Nonna’s Natale explores the life of Rosa Salemme, her life in Italy taking care of her siblings, and the new life she built when she moved to England and started her own family. We explore the way that Christmas time is a way that Rosa still feels connected to her home country, through traditions, food, family, and faith.

Celine is a new writer and filmmaker having graduated from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2018. Since then she has formed her own production company called Evil Sheep Productions, made a short interactive film called Dissonance in collaboration with the Forensic Psychology Unit at Goldsmiths and has many other short films in the works.
