In this workshop, we will be dissecting our personal and professional narratives and how this affects our work. Sometimes we don’t realise how many obstacles we put in front of ourselves. When the world is waiting for us to dig deep and find the superhero in each of us. We will be dissecting what are the narratives we tell ourselves? Do we act as our own friend or foe, but most importantly, how can we create our own “power points,” to rebuild and recharge and create the business, the endeavour, or the life we want? Throughout this workshop, attendees will have the time and opportunity to redefine the stories they tell themselves. And we will reconvene at the end of the festival to ensure that we come together and hear about the new and improved superheroes that live in all of us.

Bio: Ashley Evenson is the founder of Oval Productions. She is a storyteller, writer/ producer and consultant who works with social enterprises, universities and arts organisations to create and develop work around storytelling, personal narratives, and coaching. She has written and produced over twelve productions, consulted on numerous film scripts and created workshops to empower individuals to own their story and find the power of their own narratives.
