Growing into your identity and the preconcepts that come with it

My identity is a part of a universal language; it speaks before my mouth moves. Ideas are formed based upon my appearance. Do I define my identity or does my skin?

Through my Art Psychotherapy training and self-development, I have become more consciously aware of how others perceive me based on my identity versus the reality of who I am.

With my development, there is growth and beauty, physically and mentally.
