Sprinkle Shit With Glitter

I made this piece based on a character from the 2016 DreamWorks animation ‘Trolls’, named Guy Diamond, a troll who farts glitter. This film was referenced during a conversation we had in my supervision group this year, about the way I tend to focus on the positive sides of situations, as a defence against difficult and uncomfortable experiences. My positive words are often met with contradicting tears. I decided to make this piece as a humorous response to the trials and tribulations that our first year on the course has presented us with, and the way in which I have personally responded to this.
