My project combines exposure therapy and art therapy techniques, utilizing camera and sound interaction technology to create an interactive installation. This installation generates images based on facial and voice recognition, visualizing people’s anxiety emotions and presenting an image of the “anxiety virus.” It encourages individuals to confront their anxiety actively and address psychological issues.
