A people’s fashion show held in Lewisham Shopping Centre during Black History Month 2022 to mark the end of A Caribbean Couturier in Lewisham.
Caribbean elders and younger generations were invited model their cherished garments from yesteryear alongside contemporary items created by local makers, including a garment created during the project’s apprenticeship.
